What days do you deliver?


Currently we deliver every Wednesday. As your needs increase more delivery days will be added.




Where do you deliver?


Currently our routes cover some areas of Brooklyn and all of Manhattan.




What are your customer service hours?


Customer Service is open M-F 8:30am - 6pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. For emergencies please call:




Is there a delivery fee?


No. As long as you meet minimum delivery of 5 tea orders per delivery (i.e. 5 separate orders per location) otherwise delivery is $7.95 per order. For wholesale customers delivery is free with a standing weekly account.




How do I place an order?


By phone, or email. You'll find the information on the Contact us page.




How do I pay for my order?


Via online portal, weekly auto debit or monthly auto debit.




Who do I contact if my order is wrong or not on time?


Our phone lines open until 6pm M-F, please call during this time.
